Production Details:

Goodbye Madame Butterfly was printed in Tokyo, Japan at Yushin Printing.

The woman on the cover was found in an out-of-print, hand-printed book in the Jimbocho district of Tokyo. The topic of the book was the history of Japanese clothing and fashion as shown through illustration. Despite the book being nearly one-hundred years old, the images within were still vibrant. A testimony both to the quality of inks, papers and techniques used to produce the object.

The body text is set in Feijoa.
